I can help you and your company with Conflict Management,  Conflict Resolution,  and Anger Management.   I can provide you with consultation on education & training of your employees/supervisors.  I have many years of experience as a problem solver, facilitator, mentor and coach.  I can help you implement a respectful work environment or if need be use the mediation process to resolve issues & conflicts.  I am a member of  WAM (Wisconsin Association of Mediators) received training at the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center, Inc.
